Short answer
When you ask for help, Strive LeadGen LLC connects you with one independent garage door company in your area. We tell you its name before we share your details. The company pays us for the introduction, and we only refer to companies that pay us. You never have to hire anyone.
The short version
- We are not a garage door company. Strive LeadGen LLC does not install, repair or service garage doors or openers.
- We connect you with one company. When you ask, we introduce you to one independent garage door company that serves your area.
- We name it first. We tell you who it is before we share your name, phone number or any other details.
- We are paid. We only refer homeowners to companies that pay Strive LeadGen LLC for the introduction. That is how this free site is funded.
- You decide. You never have to hire the company, and you can ask us not to share your details.
How it works, step by step
- You ask. You fill in the request form with the job and your ZIP code.
- We pick the company that takes requests in your area. It pays Strive LeadGen LLC for each request.
- We tell you who it is before anything is shared.
- We share your details with that one company, only after you say yes.
- You and the company deal directly. Quotes, scheduling, the work, permits, warranties and payment are between you and the company.
We do not auction your request to a list of companies.
Who the company is
The company is an independent business. It is not our employee, agent or partner, and we do not supervise its work. It is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship and warranty.
Check licensing and insurance before you hire:
- Texas: ask for proof of liability insurance and a written estimate before work starts.
- Illinois: some cities, including Chicago, license contractors. Ask the city building department.
- Ohio: licensing is local. Ask the building department where you live.
These are general notes, not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm with the city before work starts.
How payment affects what we publish
Payment decides one thing: which company receives requests in an area. No one can pay to change what an article says or which price range it shows. Pages follow our editorial policy.
Your information
We share your details only with the one company we have named to you, and only so it can contact you about your request. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
